How to connect AI GPT Router and Gmail
Create a New Scenario to Connect AI GPT Router and Gmail
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a AI GPT Router, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, AI GPT Router or Gmail will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find AI GPT Router or Gmail, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the AI GPT Router Node
Select the AI GPT Router node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring AI GPT Router, Gmail, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AI GPT Router and Gmail integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AI GPT Router and Gmail (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AI GPT Router and Gmail
Gmail + AI GPT Router + Slack: When a new email arrives in Gmail, the AI GPT Router analyzes the email content. If the AI identifies the email as urgent based on keywords, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel to notify the customer service team.
Gmail + AI GPT Router + Google Sheets: When a new email arrives in Gmail, the AI GPT Router generates a summary of the email's content using a Large Language Model. This summary, along with other email metadata, is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
