Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Airparser, Clio, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Airparser and Clio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Airparser and Clio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Airparser and Clio
Airparser + Clio + Google Sheets: When a new document is uploaded to Airparser, extract the relevant invoice data. Then, create a new matter in Clio. Finally, add a row to a Google Sheet containing the parsed invoice data and the Clio matter ID for financial reporting.
Airparser + Clio + Slack: When Airparser processes a document, it extracts key client information. This triggers the creation of a new contact in Clio. Then, a Slack message is sent to the legal team with the new contact details.
