Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Bitbucket and Zoho Desk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Bitbucket and Zoho Desk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Bitbucket and Zoho Desk
Bitbucket + Zoho Desk + Slack: When a new commit comment is added to Bitbucket, the automation finds the related ticket in Zoho Desk and adds a comment to it. Then, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about the update.
Zoho Desk + Jira + Bitbucket: When a new comment is added to a ticket in Zoho Desk, a new issue is created in Jira. The automation then adds a comment to the Jira issue, linking to the related Bitbucket repository.
