Depending on your setup, data should flow between Canny and Motion (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Canny and Motion

Canny + Motion + Slack: When a new vote is received on a feature request in Canny, create a task in Motion to evaluate the request and send a notification to a Slack channel to inform the product team.

Motion + Canny + Linear: When a task is updated in Motion, check if the task is completed. If it is, update the status of the related feature request in Canny and create a story in Linear to track the implementation.
