Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Canva, PandaDoc, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Canva and PandaDoc integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Canva and PandaDoc (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Canva and PandaDoc
Canva + Google Drive + PandaDoc: When a new design is exported from Canva, it's automatically uploaded to a specified folder in Google Drive. Then, a PandaDoc document is created from a template, automatically populated with the design from Google Drive, ready to be sent as a client proposal.
PandaDoc + Canva + Airtable: When a PandaDoc document's status changes to 'Signed', a new design task is created in Canva, and the relevant details of the signed contract (e.g., client name, project description) are logged in an Airtable base for tracking and reporting.
