Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Captions, Gravity Forms, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Captions and Gravity Forms integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Captions and Gravity Forms (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Captions and Gravity Forms
Gravity Forms + Captions + Google Sheets: When a new form is submitted in Gravity Forms, the data is used to generate a video caption using Captions. The generated caption, along with the form data, is then stored in a Google Sheet.
Gravity Forms + Captions + Slack: Upon submission of a form in Gravity Forms, a video caption is automatically created via Captions. This generated caption is then sent to a designated Slack channel for immediate sharing.
