Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Chargebee and Okta integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Chargebee and Okta (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Chargebee and Okta
Chargebee + Okta + Slack: When a new subscription is created in Chargebee, a corresponding user is created in Okta. Subsequently, a welcome message is sent to the new user via Slack.
Okta + Chargebee + Salesforce: When a new event is triggered in Okta, we check if it is a user deactivation event. If the event is a user deactivation, the user's subscription in Chargebee is cancelled, and their corresponding record is updated in Salesforce.
