After configuring Circle, Klaviyo, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Circle and Klaviyo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Circle and Klaviyo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Circle and Klaviyo
Circle + Shopify + Klaviyo: When a new member joins a Circle community, the automation checks if they've purchased a specific course on Shopify. If a purchase is found, the member is automatically added to a dedicated Klaviyo email sequence, providing them with course-related tips and exclusive offers.
Klaviyo + Circle + Google Sheets: When a new profile is added to a specific Klaviyo list, this automation searches for the member in a Circle community. It then logs the profile's engagement details (if the member exists in the community) along with other relevant information into a Google Sheet for marketing analysis.
