Depending on your setup, data should flow between Circle and SmartSuite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Circle and SmartSuite

Circle + SmartSuite + Slack: When a new member joins a Circle community, their information is used to create a new record in a SmartSuite solution. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to announce the new member.

SmartSuite + Circle + Google Sheets: When a record is updated in SmartSuite, a message summarizing the update is posted to a Circle group. The details of the updated record are then logged in a Google Sheet.
