Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Twitch (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Twitch
CloudTalk + Discord bot: When a new call comes in to CloudTalk, the automation checks if the call activity refers to a Twitch stream question or issue by searching for keywords. If it does, a message is sent to a specified Discord channel, notifying the team.
Twitch + CloudTalk + Google Sheets: When a new user follows a Twitch channel, their information (if available) is logged to a Google Sheet. If a support request comes in from this user in CloudTalk, that information is also added to the same row in the Google Sheet for combined analysis.
