Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Confluence, Typebot, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Confluence and Typebot integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Confluence and Typebot (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Confluence and Typebot

Typebot + Confluence + Slack: When a new Typebot is submitted indicating a knowledge gap, a new page is created in Confluence with a draft based on the Typebot response. A message is then sent to a Slack channel to notify the relevant team about the new draft page.

Typebot + Confluence + Jira: When a user submits feedback via a Typebot, a new page is created in Confluence summarizing the feedback. A new Jira issue is then created and linked to the Confluence page for tracking and resolution.
