Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Getresponse and Microsoft Power BI integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Getresponse and Microsoft Power BI (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Getresponse + Google Sheets + Microsoft Power BI: When a new contact is added to Getresponse, their information is added to a Google Sheet. Microsoft Power BI then uses this data to update its dashboards and reports on email campaign performance.
Microsoft Power BI + Getresponse + Slack: When Microsoft Power BI detects a significant drop in a specific metric (e.g., email open rate) from a Getresponse dataset, it sends a notification to a designated Slack channel, alerting the marketing team to investigate the issue.
