Automatically sync new Calendly invitees to your GetResponse contacts

This automation template allows users to sync new event invitees from their Calendly account to their GetResponse email marketing platform. When a new event is created in Calendly, the automation will check if the invitee is already a contact in GetResponse.

If not, it will create a new contact with the invitee's information. If the invitee is an existing contact, it will update their details in GetResponse. This integration helps users streamline their event management and lead nurturing workflows by automatically transferring new invitee data from Calendly to their email marketing tool.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.
