In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Google AppSheet, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Google AppSheet or Webhook will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Google AppSheet or Webhook, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Google AppSheet node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Google AppSheet, Webhook, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Google AppSheet and Webhook integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google AppSheet and Webhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Google AppSheet + Webhook + Slack: When a new record is added to Google AppSheet, a webhook is triggered, sending the data to an external service. Upon successful webhook execution, a message is sent to a Slack channel.
Webhook + Google AppSheet + Google Sheets: When a Webhook is triggered, it adds the received data to an AppSheet database. After AppSheet adds new records, Google Sheets automatically updates a linked sheet for reporting.
