Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Chat and NocoDB integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Chat and NocoDB (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Chat and NocoDB
Google Chat + NocoDB + Google Calendar: When a new message is received in Google Chat, extract relevant details (meeting subject, date, time, participants) and create a new row in NocoDB to log the meeting. Subsequently, create an event in Google Calendar using the extracted information.
Airtable + NocoDB + Google Chat: When a new record is added to Airtable, it triggers the creation of a mirrored record in NocoDB. Then a message is sent to a designated Google Chat channel, notifying the team about the new record and providing relevant details from NocoDB.
