Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Gumroad, Volunteero, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Gumroad and Volunteero integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Gumroad and Volunteero (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Gumroad and Volunteero

Gumroad + Volunteero + Slack: When a sale occurs in Gumroad, a new volunteer profile is created in Volunteero, and a message is sent to a Slack channel notifying the team about the new volunteer.

Volunteero + Gumroad + Mailchimp: When a new volunteer is created in Volunteero, they are offered a discount code (this step requires custom code due to no direct Gumroad action for sending codes) and then added as a subscriber to a Mailchimp list.
