Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft Power BI and PagerDuty (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft Power BI and PagerDuty

Microsoft Power BI + PagerDuty + Slack: When a Microsoft Power BI report indicates a critical system error, a PagerDuty incident is triggered. PagerDuty then notifies the on-call engineer via a Slack direct message.

PagerDuty + Microsoft Power BI + Microsoft Teams: When a PagerDuty incident is triggered or updated, the system updates a Power BI dashboard to reflect the current incident status. Microsoft Teams then sends a message to a dedicated support channel informing the team about the update.
