Automatically monitor PagerDuty and email stakeholders on new incidents

This automation allows users to monitor the PagerDuty incident management platform and automatically send email notifications to relevant stakeholders whenever a new incident is created or an existing incident changes state.

The integration pulls incident details like the service ID and incident key from PagerDuty and populates the email content, helping teams stay informed about critical issues. This is especially useful for digital businesses and enterprises that rely on PagerDuty to maintain their digital operations.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.
