The automation monitors the PagerDuty incident management system for any new incidents that are created.
When a new incident is detected, the automation extracts relevant details about the incident, such as the incident title, description, and priority, to include in the notification email.
The automation then sends an email notification to the relevant stakeholders, informing them about the new incident and providing the key details extracted in the previous step.
1. In the Latenode Credentials panel, add a new PagerDuty credential. Enter your PagerDuty API key or OAuth details to authenticate with your PagerDuty account.
1. In the Latenode builder, add a PagerDuty Incident Monitor node. 2. Connect the PagerDuty credential you added in the previous step. 3. Configure the node settings to specify the parameters for monitoring PagerDuty incidents, such as the incident severity, status, and assignment.
