Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Miro, VideoAsk, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Miro and VideoAsk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Miro and VideoAsk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Miro and VideoAsk
VideoAsk + Miro + Slack: When a new reply is submitted in VideoAsk and contains specific keywords related to design flaws, a new item (e.g., sticky note) is created on a designated Miro board. Subsequently, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel to notify the design team about the feedback.
VideoAsk + Miro + Airtable: When a new reply is received in VideoAsk, the text of the response, presumably containing feedback on user interface designs, is logged as a new record in an Airtable database. The ID of a relevant section of a Miro board can be manually added to the Airtable record.
