Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Ortto, Wachete, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Ortto and Wachete integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Ortto and Wachete (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Ortto and Wachete
Wachete + Ortto + Slack: When Wachete detects changes on a website, Ortto tags or untags people based on their interests reflected in the website's content. Slack then notifies a relevant team channel about these user segment changes.
Wachete + Ortto + Google Sheets: When Wachete detects a website change, the content values are retrieved and, along with user segment data from Ortto (using a custom activity event to signal the change), are logged into a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
