Anthropic adds Claude Dashboards, gates Motion to Team plans

Claude now covers more of the path from live data to a shareable artifact, but access depends on plan tier and, for Enterprise, admin settings. Teams building around these features should check availability before rolling them into workflows.

Anthropic adds Claude Dashboards, gates Motion to Team plans

Anthropic introduced Claude Dashboards and Claude Motion in beta on October 8, expanding Claude into reporting and presentation work.

Dashboards connects Claude to tools including BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, ClickHouse, and Salesforce, then builds views that stay current as source data changes. Anthropic says each chart shows the underlying query and the latest refresh time. Dashboards is available on paid Claude plans.

Motion handles the presentation side: it can turn a prompt, report, chart, or walkthrough into an editable animation that exports as an MP4. Anthropic says it is built as editable code rather than a video model, so it is aimed at explainers instead of generated actors or footage. At launch, Motion is limited to Team and Enterprise.

Anthropic also moved Docs, Slides, and Design out of beta for all plans, including Free. For Enterprise, Dashboards and Motion are off by default until an admin enables them.
