Wufoo Form Submission

When a user submits a new entry in the Wufoo form, the automation is triggered to capture the form data, including the email address and other relevant fields.

The automation then checks if the email address already exists in the designated Mailchimp email list. If the subscriber is new, a new profile is created. If the subscriber already exists, their information is updated with the new form data.

The automation synchronizes the subscriber details from the Wufoo form, such as email address, name, and any other custom fields, with the corresponding Mailchimp subscriber profile.

Add your Wufoo API credentials to the Latenode Credentials panel. This allows the workflow to securely access your Wufoo account.

Add your Mailchimp API credentials to the Latenode Credentials panel. This allows the workflow to securely access your Mailchimp account.

Configure Wufoo Trigger

Add a Wufoo Trigger node to your workflow. Select the Wufoo form that you want to monitor for new submissions. Map the relevant fields from the Wufoo form to the node's output data.

Configure Mailchimp Action

Add a Mailchimp Action node to your workflow. Select the Mailchimp audience where you want to add or update subscriber records. Map the Wufoo form data to the Mailchimp subscriber fields.

Test and Publish Workflow

Test your workflow by submitting a new entry in the Wufoo form. Verify that the subscriber is correctly added or updated in the Mailchimp audience. Once you're satisfied, publish your workflow to make it live.
