Create Google Tasks for your Google Calendar events

This automation creates a new Google Tasks item whenever a new event starts on the user's Google Calendar. This helps users stay on top of their tasks and follow-up actions related to upcoming calendar events.

The flow is triggered when a new Google Calendar event is about to start, and it automatically creates a new corresponding Google Task. This integration allows users to easily manage their tasks alongside their calendar, ensuring they don't miss important action items tied to their scheduled events.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.
