In the Latenode visual builder, add a 'CallRail Phone Call Trigger' node. This node will listen for new inbound phone calls in your CallRail account and pass the call details to the next step.

Map CallRail Data to Pipedrive Activity

In the Pipedrive 'Create Activity' node settings, map the relevant CallRail phone call data fields (like caller name, phone number, call duration, etc.) to the corresponding Pipedrive activity fields. This will ensure the new Pipedrive activity is populated with the necessary call details.

Customize Pipedrive Activity

Further customize the new Pipedrive activity by setting the subject, owner, deal/organization/lead/project associations, activity type, and any additional notes or descriptions. These settings will help your sales team better manage and track the phone call activity within Pipedrive.
