Setup guide

Connect Instantly Account

Add your Instantly API key in the Latenode Credentials panel. Then, configure the 'Instantly' trigger node in the Latenode visual builder with your Instantly workspace details.

Connect HubSpot Account

Add your HubSpot API key or OAuth credentials in the Latenode Credentials panel. Then, configure the 'HubSpot' action node in the Latenode visual builder to select the HubSpot deal pipeline and map the relevant event data from Instantly.

Map Instantly Event Data to HubSpot Deal

In the 'HubSpot' action node settings, map the relevant fields from the Instantly 'New Event' trigger to the HubSpot deal properties, such as deal name, contact details, and deal stage.

Configure Instant Webhook Trigger

In the 'Instantly' trigger node settings, select the specific event type (e.g. new email, unsubscribe) that should trigger the workflow to create a new HubSpot deal.

Test and Activate Workflow
