Latenode

Tables that run your work

A spreadsheet that works like a database. Every new row can trigger a Latenode scenario: score it with AI, ping your team in Slack, create the deal in your CRM.

One Latenode account

Sign in with the account you already use for scenarios. No separate signup.

Every row can start a scenario

New and changed rows trigger Latenode scenarios, and AI assistants work with your data over MCP.

Use cases

What teams run in Latenode Tables

Lightweight CRM

Clients, deals and contacts in linked tables. Deal stages as labels, totals per client calculated for you.

links · labels · totals

Requests and applications

Website requests, job applications, feedback. The form writes to the table, and a Latenode scenario notifies the team.

forms · files · webhooks

Catalog

Products, properties or portfolio pieces as cards with photos. Share a public link with a client.

gallery · public link

Content calendar

Posts, publish dates, authors and statuses. Grouping by status shows what's stuck.

dates · owners · grouping

Inventory and assets

Equipment, contracts, stock. Formulas work out due dates and balances, and history shows who changed what.

Tables and Latenode scenarios

A table that gets work done

Every new row can start a Latenode scenario: an AI agent, a notification, an email, a request to another service. The scenario sends the result where it belongs: back to the row, to another table or to an outside app.

1 · A row comes in
from a form or the API
2 · Latenode scenario
3 · The row is updated
through the REST API
Features

Order instead of spreadsheet chaos

A familiar grid, but every column has a type, tables link to each other, and data comes in through forms.

Columns know what they hold

More than 25 field types: date, number, file, single select, collaborator, rating, phone, email. A date field won't take text, and an amount field won't take letters.

  • Color labels for statuses and categories
  • Autonumber, created and modified time, last modified by
  • Formulas for math, text, dates and conditions

Links between tables

A deal points to a client, an order to products, a task to a project. Nothing is duplicated: change a client's phone number and every deal shows the new one.

  • Pull in fields from a linked table
  • Sum, average and count across linked records
  • Open any record as a card with every field and its change history

Grid, gallery or form on the same data

Create several views of one table, each with its own filters, sorting and fields. For example, “My deals” filtered by owner and “Pipeline” grouped by stage.

  • Grid with grouping and column totals
  • Gallery of cards with cover images for catalogs and portfolios
  • A public link to a view for people without an account

Forms that write straight to the table

Build a form from the table's fields and share the link. Every response becomes a row, with no copying from email or a separate form tool.

  • Required and conditional fields
  • File uploads
  • A thank-you message or a redirect to your site after submitting

AI and automation

Data your AI assistant and Latenode scenarios can work with

Connect an AI assistant to your tables, and it finds, counts and adds records when you ask in plain words. For automation there's a REST API and webhooks.

Your AI assistant knows your data

Create an MCP server in settings and paste its link into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any other assistant that supports MCP. The assistant sees how your tables are built and works with records on your behalf.

  • “How many deals are in negotiation, and what are they worth?”
  • “Add the client from this email”
  • “Move every overdue task to Friday”

API and webhooks for scenarios

Every database gets a REST API with documentation generated from your own fields. Webhooks tell other services about new, changed and deleted rows.

  • Access tokens with read and write permissions
  • Works with Latenode scenarios: form response → email, task, chat message
  • Sync from an iCal calendar or an external PostgreSQL database
Teamwork

Your whole team in one table

Real time

Several people edit a table at once and see each other's changes right away.

Nothing gets lost

Undo, a change history for every row, and a trash you can restore from.

Database snapshots

Save the state of a database before big changes and roll back if something goes wrong.

Email invitations

Add teammates to a workspace: admins manage settings, members work with the data.

Move in minutes

Import CSV, Excel, JSON or XML files, or paste from the clipboard. A whole Airtable base moves over from its shared link.

Ready-made templates

Contracts, a content calendar, employee reviews, inventory and more templates for a quick start.
