Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring AITable, Mailgun, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AITable and Mailgun integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AITable and Mailgun (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AITable and Mailgun
AITable + Mailgun + Slack: When a new record is created in AITable, an email is sent via Mailgun to confirm the creation. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the team of the new AITable entry.
Mailgun + AITable + Google Sheets: When a new bounce event occurs in Mailgun, a record is created in AITable to log the bounced email. This record is then added as a new row to a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis of email bounce rates.
