Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring AITable, Square, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AITable and Square integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AITable and Square (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AITable and Square
Square + AITable + Slack: When a new paid order is created in Square, a new record is created in AITable to track the order details. Then, a Slack message is sent to a specified channel to notify the team about the new order.
Square + AITable + Google Sheets: Each time a new paid order is created in Square, a new record is created in AITable to store the transaction details. This AITable record then triggers the addition of a new row in Google Sheets, providing a synchronized report of all Square transactions.
