Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Beamer, AI Agent, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Beamer and AI Agent integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Beamer and AI Agent (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Beamer and AI Agent
Beamer + AI Agent + Slack: When a new post is created in Beamer, the AI Agent summarizes the post. This summary is then sent to a dedicated Slack channel to keep the team informed about the latest Beamer updates.
Discord bot + Beamer + AI Agent: When a new message is posted in a Discord channel, the bot checks if the message asks a question about Beamer. If it does, the AI Agent gets the relevant Beamer post and formulates an answer based on its content, then sends the answer back to the Discord channel.
