Depending on your setup, data should flow between Canny and Circle (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Canny and Circle
Canny + Circle + Slack: When a new feature request is posted in Canny, it's shared as a post in a designated Circle space. A notification about the new Circle post, including a link, is then sent to a specific Slack channel to inform the community.
