Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Circle and HighLevel (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Circle and HighLevel

Circle + Google Sheets + HighLevel: When a new member joins a Circle community, their information is automatically added to a Google Sheet for tracking. A contact profile is then created in HighLevel using the member's details.

HighLevel + Circle + Slack: When a new contact is created in HighLevel, the system automatically searches for a corresponding user in Circle and invites them to a specific community group. A notification is then sent via Slack to alert the team of the new member.
