Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Confluence, Getform, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Confluence and Getform integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Confluence and Getform (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Confluence and Getform

Getform + Confluence + Slack: When a new submission is received on Getform, a new page is created in Confluence with the submission data. A message is then sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about the new Confluence page.

Getform + Google Sheets + Confluence: When a new submission is received via Getform, the data is added as a new row in Google Sheets. The Confluence page is then updated with the summary from the new row in Google Sheets.
