Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Deepgram, JustCall, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Deepgram and JustCall integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Deepgram and JustCall (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Deepgram and JustCall
JustCall + Deepgram + Salesforce: When a new contact is created in JustCall, their call recordings are transcribed using Deepgram. The transcription is then added as an attachment to the corresponding contact record in Salesforce.
JustCall + Deepgram + Slack: When a missed call occurs in JustCall, Deepgram transcribes a prerecorded audio file from a URL (presumably a voicemail). The transcription is then sent as a message to a dedicated Slack channel.
