Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Deepgram, TickTick, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Deepgram and TickTick integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Deepgram and TickTick (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Deepgram and TickTick

Deepgram + TickTick + Slack: When a new audio file URL is provided, Deepgram transcribes it. This transcription is then used to create a new task in TickTick. Upon completion of the task in TickTick, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel, notifying the team of the completion.

TickTick + Deepgram + Gmail: When a task is completed in TickTick, Deepgram summarizes a specified audio file. This summary is then sent as an email via Gmail to a list of stakeholders.
