Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Fireflies, Userback, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Fireflies and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fireflies and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Fireflies and Userback

Fireflies + Userback + Slack: When a new transcript is available in Fireflies, relevant insights are commented on Userback feedback. A summary of that feedback, including the Fireflies transcript link, is then sent to a designated Slack channel.

Userback + Fireflies + Jira: When new user feedback is received in Userback, a Jira issue is created. The related Fireflies meeting transcript is then attached to the newly created Jira issue for context.
