Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google AppSheet and YouTube integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google AppSheet and YouTube (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google AppSheet and YouTube

YouTube + Google AppSheet + Slack: When a new video is uploaded to a specific YouTube channel, the AppSheet database is updated with the video details. Then, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the new training video.

Google AppSheet + YouTube + Google Sheets: When a specific action is invoked from an AppSheet interface (e.g., a button click), it retrieves the latest view count of a YouTube tutorial video and updates the corresponding row in a Google Sheet to track view metrics.
