Depending on your setup, data should flow between Knack and Zoho Desk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Knack and Zoho Desk
Knack + Zoho Desk + Slack: When a new entry is created in Knack, a ticket is automatically created in Zoho Desk to address the new request. A message is then sent to a Slack channel to notify the support team of the new ticket.
Zoho Desk + Knack + Google Sheets: When a ticket is closed in Zoho Desk, the details of the closed ticket are logged as a new record in Knack. The Knack record ID is then used to update a Google Sheet for KPI tracking.
