Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring LlamaCloud, PagerDuty, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the LlamaCloud and PagerDuty integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LlamaCloud and PagerDuty (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect LlamaCloud and PagerDuty

LlamaCloud + PagerDuty + Slack: When LlamaCloud detects a critical data anomaly (simulated by a document parsing job), trigger a PagerDuty incident to alert the on-call engineer. Simultaneously, post a message to a dedicated Slack channel with details about the anomaly.

PagerDuty + LlamaCloud + Microsoft Teams: When a new or updated incident is triggered in PagerDuty, parse a related document in LlamaCloud to find data insights. Then share these insights in a Microsoft Teams channel for faster incident resolution.
