Latenode bills workflow runtime in CPU seconds. The first 10,000 CPU seconds are free each month, then usage follows pay-as-you-go CPU-second pricing. Setup guide

Add WhatsApp Business Cloud API Credential

1. In the Latenode Credentials panel, add a new credential for the WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Enter your WhatsApp API key and other required authentication details.

Configure WhatsApp Incoming Message Node

1. In the Latenode visual builder, add a WhatsApp Incoming Message node. 2. In the node settings, select the WhatsApp Business Cloud API credential you added earlier. 3. Configure the node to listen for incoming WhatsApp messages.

Add Conversational AI Integration

1. In the Latenode Credentials panel, add a credential for your chosen conversational AI integration (e.g., Google Dialogflow ES, ChatGPT, OpenAI GPT Assistants). 2. In the Latenode visual builder, add a node for the conversational AI integration and connect it to the WhatsApp Incoming Message node. 3. Configure the conversational AI node settings, such as language model, response generation parameters, and any other required inputs.

Configure Response Logic

1. In the Latenode visual builder, add a Code node or another suitable node to handle the response logic. 2. In the node settings, write the code to process the incoming WhatsApp message and generate the appropriate response based on your business requirements or predefined logic.

Add WhatsApp Outgoing Message Node

1. In the Latenode visual builder, add a WhatsApp Outgoing Message node. 2. Connect the Response Logic node to the WhatsApp Outgoing Message node. 3. Configure the WhatsApp Outgoing Message node settings, such as the recipient's phone number and the message content.

Requirements

Obtain a WhatsApp Business Cloud API key and integrate it with the automation system
Set up a Google Dialogflow ES agent and obtain the required credentials to integrate with the automation system
Integrate with the ChatGPT API or other OpenAI-based assistants to enable conversational AI processing of WhatsApp messages
Configure access to the necessary Latenode workspace to leverage headless browser capabilities for processing WhatsApp messages
