JavaScript pulls name, email, and other fields you want in the Slack message.
Slack sends that summary to the public channel you select.
Add a webhook trigger and copy its URL. In Tidio, send new-contact webhooks to that URL.
Add a Slack connection with permission to post in the channel that should get alerts.
In JavaScript, build a short message from name and email, then send a public channel message in Slack. Put a Tidio API key in that JavaScript node if you poll Tidio over HTTP.
Create a test Tidio contact and confirm Slack shows the message.
