JavaScript reads the message text, then calls the Trello API to create a card on the board and list you set. Put the Trello API key in that JavaScript node. Point Slack saved-item events at the webhook URL.

Add the webhook

Add a webhook trigger. In Slack, send saved-item events (star added) to that URL.

Store the Trello key in JavaScript

Put the Trello API key and token in the JavaScript node (Latenode Secrets). Set the destination board and list there.

Map message to card

Create a Trello card from the Slack text. Use the message as the card name and put the permalink in the description. Skip bot events in JavaScript if they would loop.

Test with one saved message

Save a Slack message and confirm a card appears on the list you chose.
