Setup guide

Configure Slack Credential

Add your Slack workspace's OAuth credentials via the Latenode Credentials panel. This allows the automation to access your Slack workspace and channels.

Select Slack Channel to Monitor

In the Latenode visual builder, add a Slack trigger node and configure it to watch for new messages in the specific private Slack channel you want to monitor.

Configure SMS Recipient

In the Latenode visual builder, add an SMS by Zapier node and specify the phone number you want to receive the SMS notifications on.

Map Slack Message Data

In the SMS by Zapier node settings, map the relevant Slack message data (e.g. message text, sender, timestamp) to the SMS message fields.

Save and Test

Save your Latenode workflow and test it by posting a new message in the configured Slack channel. Verify that you receive the corresponding SMS notification on the specified phone number.
