The workflow starts by monitoring a Google Sheet for new rows. It will watch the sheet and detect when new data is added.

When new data is detected, the workflow will create a copy of the certificate template slide from Google Slides and replace the [NAME] placeholder with the participant's name from the Google Sheet.

The personalized certificate slide will then be exported as a PDF file.

The generated PDF certificate will be saved to a Google Drive folder.

Configure Workflow

1. Add a Google Sheets Trigger node and configure it to watch for new rows in your certificate data sheet. 2. Add a Google Slides node and configure it to copy the certificate template file and replace the [NAME] placeholder with the participant's name. 3. Add a Google Drive node to download the customized certificate as a PDF file. 4. Add another Google Drive node to upload the PDF certificate to a destination folder. 5. Add a Gmail node to send the generated certificate to the participant's email address.
