Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Bubble, Mailhook, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Bubble and Mailhook integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Bubble and Mailhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Bubble and Mailhook
Bubble + Mailhook + Airtable: When a new user signs up in Bubble, their information is sent to Mailhook for email verification. Upon successful verification (Mailhook trigger), the user's data is then saved to Airtable.
Mailhook + Bubble + Slack: When Mailhook receives a bounced email, it triggers the update of the corresponding user profile in Bubble to flag the email as invalid. Subsequently, a notification is sent to the admin team on Slack.
