Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Clockify, TickTick, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Clockify and TickTick integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Clockify and TickTick (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Clockify and TickTick

Clockify + TickTick + Slack: When a new time entry is created in Clockify, a task is created in TickTick. Then, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel to notify the team about the new task.

TickTick + Clockify + Google Calendar: When a new task is created in TickTick, a time entry is created in Clockify, and an event is created in Google Calendar to block out time for working on the task.
