Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Docparser and NetSuite integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Docparser and NetSuite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Docparser and NetSuite
Docparser + NetSuite + Slack: When Docparser extracts data from an invoice, it updates a record in NetSuite. A message is then sent to a Slack channel to notify the accounting team about the update.
NetSuite + Docparser + Google Sheets: When a new record is created in NetSuite, Docparser fetches and processes a vendor invoice. The results are then logged in Google Sheets.
