Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Google Calendar, NetSuite, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Calendar and NetSuite integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Calendar and NetSuite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Calendar and NetSuite

Google Calendar + NetSuite + Slack: When a new event is created in Google Calendar, a corresponding task is created in NetSuite to track related activities. A Slack message is then sent to a designated channel to notify the team about the new event and task.

NetSuite + Google Calendar + Email: When a sales opportunity reaches a specific stage in NetSuite, the automation schedules a follow-up meeting in Google Calendar and sends an email to the sales representative with the meeting details.
