Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and YouTube
YouTube + Slack + NetSuite: When a new video is uploaded to YouTube in a specified channel, the system checks if the video title contains keywords related to NetSuite features. If it does, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the sales team, and the video information is added to NetSuite as a new record.
YouTube + NetSuite + Google Sheets: Monitors successful YouTube ad campaigns by tracking new video views linked to specific NetSuite sales opportunities. When a YouTube video reaches a certain view threshold, the relevant campaign and sales data are retrieved from NetSuite and logged into a Google Sheets spreadsheet for performance analysis.
