Depending on your setup, data should flow between NetSuite and Shopify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and Shopify
Shopify + NetSuite + Slack: When a new order is placed in Shopify, the order details are used to create a new record in NetSuite. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the sales team about the new order.
Shopify + Google Sheets + NetSuite: When a new order is placed in Shopify, the sales data is added as a new row in Google Sheets. The updated sales information is then used to update the product inventory in NetSuite.
