Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Enrich Layer, Userback, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Enrich Layer and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Enrich Layer and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Enrich Layer and Userback

Userback + Enrich Layer + Slack: When new feedback is submitted in Userback, Enrich Layer enriches the company data mentioned in the feedback. Then, a message containing the enriched feedback data is sent to a designated Slack channel.

Userback + Enrich Layer + HubSpot: When new feedback is created in Userback, the contact information associated with the feedback is enriched using Enrich Layer. The enriched contact data is then used to create or update a contact in HubSpot.
